Comfortable, but massage could be stronger; unsure about claims of health benefits...
This massager feels pretty good. I do wish that the massage could be a little stronger, though. Because the plastic bristles have some give, it's tough to get a bit more pressure from the bush. Perhaps if the metal pieces were distributed among the bristles, you'd get a bit more of the kneading feel.I haven't tried adding oil to the dispenser, but I could see this getting a bit grimy over time. After 2 short uses, I could already see the natural oil from my hair building up on the rubber base, and this is after washing my hair. I imagine adding essential oils would mucking this up even more, considering cleaning it might be a bit difficult due to the tight space. However, it's supposedly waterproof so maybe you can just rinse it.I'm also unsure about the claimed health benefits of the red light. These red light therapy things seem to be gaining in popularity these days...A few additional positives are that it charges via USB-C, which is a plus. The cable's included, but you need to provide your own adapter. It also comes with a carrying pouch and the packaging overall is very nice. The brush itself has a decent weight to it and feels pretty well made.My verdict is that this is an interesting product that may be worth a shot if it wasn't so expensive. The massage feels pretty good, but maybe not good enough for the price.

Good for scalp health
So, this was a new one for me. An electric scalp massager with bristles that move and a therapeutic red light? I have liked the manual scalp massagers before with the long arms, but an electronic one is a pretty cool concept. I love massages in general and use lots of different hair oils, so having one do them both seemed pretty useful to me.So, when I placed it on my head, I....did not notice much benefit from it? It's weird. The sensation it gives is definitely not to the level of human hands, sadly. The bristles can either move fast, slow, or pulse with both speed settings. There is a compartment where you put your scalp oil so that it will distribute it evenly as you massage your head. I find that it can be pleasant, but not as fast as just quickly rubbing the hair oil in with your hands and then regularly brushing afterwards. Plus, the bristles just don't feel as nice as an actual person massaging your head. It's definitely not unpleasant, that is for sure...but from a massage standpoint, there are better alternatives out there. If we consider it from a non-massage standpoint, it can be useful. Granted it takes a bit longer and is messier than just distributing oil with your hands, this scalp massager probably guarantees a much more even coverage and makes sure the oil is properly saturated in the scalp. I cannot speak for the long term benefits of this scalp massager, but for the most part it just sits there because I have not found a daily use for it yet.In any case, if you take hair care very seriously and wanted to try improving your scalp health, I think this is a fine product, but it probably is not necessary and there are better alternatives out there. Still, it is super nice, has many functions and it definitely does its job properly.

Very therapeutic. Holds essential oils. Waterproof
I ordered the Breo Scalp3 Massage Hair Brush, and this is a great scalp massager. I actually have a couple Breo branded eye massagers that I love, so I was excited to try this since I trust the brand. I absolutely love the red color of this, and they send a high quality, soft pouch to keep it in along with its cover and the rechargeable cord. The port to plug this into is on the base of the handle. Do not make the same mistake as I did trying to take the entire rubber topper off as that is glued on. There's actually a small circle within that that lifts up but for some reason I thought it was just one piece, and I hope I didn't ruin it by peeling off a permanent part because I didn't use my brain. There are directions, but I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't plug into that spot. Well the plugin is nicely hidden. There are three modes on this. One mode is slow, one is fast, and the other is a mixture of both. The other side will hold water and essential oils. They say to not put more than 3 ml in here. I tried it with and without water. When I had water in there I did not feel my hair was all wet or anything, and very small amounts come out which is good if you are diluting it with essential oil or using pure oil. I use terahertz charged water with a few drops of oil. Apparently this is waterproof where you could use it in the shower, but I don't plan on it because I don't want to stand there for excessive amounts of time and do this while lying in my bed watching shows. Now, the experience is amazing. When I first started using it, I felt like my eyes rolled in the back of my head. It really is similar to somebody giving you a scalp massage with their fingers, in my opinion. When it first starts, it's almost like a euphoric feeling (or at least for me, because I absolutely love scalp massages). After I do it for a while, it doesn't feel the same as when I initially do since my body gets used to the motions. It seems to shut off after about 10 minutes, so I have to restart it if I want to keep going..I prefer it on the fastest speed, and I make sure to get all over my entire head and scalp. I was surprised it did not tangle my hair at all, and my hair tangles easily. I can slowly run it from the top of my forehead all the way down to the nape of my neck and go in rows so I cover each portion of my head, and I never have to worry about my hair snagging. It doesn't get caught in it or pull it or anything negative which looking at it is kind of. Seems like it may be a problem but it isn't for me. I do red light therapy with a few different devices, and I do believe in that kind of technology. I am not sure how effective it is if you are not leaving it in the same spot for long periods of time, though. It doesn't matter to me, as it's just about having a therapeutic experience. If my head is propped on the pillow. Watching shows, I can place this underneath my head so I don't have to hold it which is nice. It's lightweight, and it's easy to hold. My young son has different abilities, and this is perfect to help calm his nerves. I actually tried it on my dogs, and my little dog loved it. My big dog was not really a fan, and he would prefer I do his ear scratches with my hand instead since It was a little too loud for his taste. I wouldn't say this is really louder or anything, but it's definitely not quiet as it makes noises while it moves. Overall, this is unique, and I find it very therapeutic. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it. I also have another scalp massager that's cheap, and this is far more superior than that.

Not worth it for the price
I was soooo disappointed with this scalp massaging brush. The low speed made it barely effective and didn't give me the massage I was hoping for. It didn't work as expected and felt more like a slow rub than a proper massage. Unique design but don't know how I could properly clean this. Overall, it was a waste of money and did not meet my expectations at all.
