Saved my Clubs
I have used this several times with great success. I have a soft side club travel bag and they have always arrived without damage. In fact, the most recent trip the club bag must have been bounced around hard as the black dome on the pole cracked. The vendor sent me a replacement .... highly recommend it!

Sturdy But Lightweight
I purchased the North Pole to go with a new travel cover (Sun Mountain Cube) to ensure that my driver survived the gorilla treatment of the baggage handlers. I'm a couple of trips in and so far everything has survived.

Purchased for use in soft/hard combo club case. Provided added protection and peace of mind.

Did its job
Did its job of protecting my clubs on a short flight, but only lasted, intact, one way due to the lovely baggage handlers at the airport. I was able to make it work well enough for my return flight and my clubs were still protected. Customer service is top notch and sent me a replacement!

Does the Job!
Went from a hard-shell travel case to canvas travel bag. This protector did its job. I cannot say that for one leg of my carry bag which got bent during travel. Work as intended and serves the purpose. If you do not have storage space, then you will need to take it apart to store. Good investment and worth the money.

Used Once, Broke Immediately
I have two other CaddyDaddy North Poles that came with CaddyDaddy Constrictor bags. I bought this one as a standalone purchase to go in my third bag. The others purchased in 2023 have held up to multiple (5) airline trips on multiple carriers with many legs across the country.Unfortunately, this standalone purchase broke on its first trip. The glue has completely broken off that previously held the threads onto the pole so it cannot be rethreaded. The plastic nut also broke in half with a clear split down the side. Very disappointed with this purchase.
