These bras are best for daily wear, gym wear as well as for sports. They are adjustable and really give good coverage. They are one of best purchases so far. From clothing material to removable pads, everything is soo good. Easy to wear. Just hand wash them, no matchine wash otherwise pads will get damaged. ❤️❤️

Good product. The only thing I did not like is the pads. I need to adjust the pad after every wash as the pads are removable. the shape of the pads becomes crushed/crumbled
