I'm not sure it's tea - Not much color
I let the tea bag steep for 10 minutes and the water barely changed color. The pic is the inside of a white cup. I'm not sure if that's how it is meant. It tasted like warm water. Again, not sure if that is how it is intended. Cannot comment on health benefits as yet. Maybe in a few weeks.

Perfect if you’re trying to cut sweets
Good for sweet cravings. I still have cravings but I don’t want anything sweet! After drinking this tea sweets don’t taste sweet.

The teabags had no string attached to them to facilitate in dunking bag into hot cup of water.
