Thanks to truu Himalayas.. Good job. I am writing this feedback after 30 days of purchase and usage. Firstly, I was very skeptical and confused which brand to choose. Out of so many brands and similar names, Truu Himalayas felt little promising, I bought Calcium+Magnesium+Zinc with D3 Supplement for my mother, as she is growing old and calcium deficiency is more common in females. For 1 week I suggested her to take 1 cap. per day. But we didnt find any changes in health. Then I told her to take 2 cap. per day (as suggested by the brand) then from 2nd week, I noticed significant changes in her energy level, mood and daily activities. After seeing such results, I can recommend this supplement as it really works on your health & well being as mentioned / claimed by the brand.

It is a plant based calcium so hopefully it is better absorbed. No significant difference noted from other calcium supplements as there were no symptoms etc.
