Whyyyyy does this have to be so pricy? It’s delicious, has a great texture and works perfectly as a low-carb lo mein noodle replacement but I just can’t justify the cost on a regular basis. I would definitely purchase again, but only occasionally because you really don’t get a lot for the price. $15 should give at least a couple of meals.

I am new to tofu, and I am testing everything. I have been using extra firm tofu, soy curls, and this product. This shredded tofu is my favorite for ease of preparation and most consistent outcome. It is pricey, and I will be trying to find a less expensive option.

I haven’t tried it yet but was so disappointed with small package for the price. Would not buy again. Will try and find at Asian store in my area. It’s also in some fragments.

Inedible! Even when cooked. Horrible waste.
