Great upgrade carb for roughhouse 50
Installed a 70cc big bore kit to my 2019 roughhouse. I was looking at carbs and couldn’t justify spending $120 on a big name brand carb. Took a chance on this and worked great. Tuning is perfect right out of the box (going to be adding an exhaust so jetting might need to be changed after). Anyways direct bolt it. Swapped over choke and would never know it wasn’t supposed to be on the bike!!

replacement fit for my genuine roughhouse 50cc scooter
I have a big bore 70cc kit and needed a little bigger carb...stock is 17.5 mm...this one is 19 mm and bolts right on. I added a 98 main jet. they are m4 x0.70 jets . same style as stock jets. put a pod filter on it...currently stock pipe. started easy...idles great...better mid and way better top end. absolutely love it.

Don't waste your money on China
Zero compatibility, choke wires not matching, excess fuel lines that go nowhere, and poor (if any) real adjustability

Help
I need help! I know others get it to run good I think I have line routing issues! Don't know which ones to cap or let vent to air! The main jet seems too small?

perfect match for my moped that's 25 years old.

This was easy to install.
And it worked well. Just don't try to use it on a Genuine brand scooter because you will never be able to get it to run properly without rejetting it.

Is 17.5mm
The opening case side seems like it's supposed to be 19mm (though mine is closer to 18 or 18,5). The venturi, what determines the carb size, averages to 17 or 17.5 between the two narrowed widths. Being around 14/15mm wide, if that, and 18.5mm tall. Depending on what model you have, this isn't a upgrade. The only options for a true matching 19mm/21mm carb coming from Arreche or Malossi, but those are 100$+. There is no cheap clone options it seems. Mine seems to be unfinished. With drill markings, and a narrowed center where they didnt sand the valley between the two drill positions. Also are/were a few random metal chips in it- so it'll need cleaned up before use is my point. The only plus side, is it having a auto mix port built into the venturi- instead of it dripping past it like the stock. This helps the oil mix in better, but is arguably unnecessary.

My Roughhouse 50 has a BBK loves this carburetor.
I bought this carburetor for 2022 Roughhouse 50 as a cheap experimental upgrade. I didn't even know for sure if it was going to work because the scooter shop wants $240 +tax for the OEM and this one is only $25 and adjustable. So wasn't sure what to expect. It arrived yesterday and it could not have worked out better than this. This will work out until I put like a 21mm carb and a NCY intake manifold on there. For my roughhouse 50 it was absolutely perfect for what I needed.
