Comfortable fit and easy breathing
This is perfect for the 30n headgear on my Resmed CPAPP. There is no discomfort and no leakage of air. Plus the price is much lower than the same device from Resmed.

Doesn't work that well
Seemed like a less expensive replacement for my CPAP nasal pillow mask and it does connect fine, but the problem is when I turn on my side it cuts off the air flow to the point I can't breath. I've checked to make sure it's positioned correctly, checked for a pinched hose, but it keeps happening when I'm on my side, doesn't make a difference which side. Works fine lying on my back but I don't sleep all night on my back and I'm tired of being woken up because I can't breath. Going back to the original pillows. Wish they would have worked because are comfortable.

Okay just struggle for me.
I have not found the perfect fit for me, and I have been using a CPAP for two years. This one is softer on the nose for sure, but there is still air leakage when you sleep on your side. The quality is nice and seems durable at the moment. I don't like that there is air flow out of the front of the piece because it blows cold air on my husband at night, and if I bring the blankets up, there is wind noise against the fabric. Not my favorite but still functional for what they are.
