Great product......as advertised!

We were very excited when Madre Nature recently started offering a new 2.43% TQ Black Seed Oil from Turkey - which is over double the TQ from the original Madre product. We contacted Madre to see if this higher percentage was naturally-occurring, or if extra TQ was added to bring it up to that higher percentage. We were very pleased to find out that the 2.43% is not spiked with extra TQ, but is in fact naturally-occurring. We have been taking the Madre product from India for almost 2 years now, and love it. So to now have an even higher naturally-occurring TQ percentage is great. (A note regarding "Naturally-Occurring": In studies with cellular/organ systems comparing the therapeutic benefits between a naturally-occurring chemistry versus spiking that same natural chemistry back into the product, it was found that the naturally-occurring chemistry had more pronounced therapeutic effects than when spiking the natural chemistry back into the product. In fact, in some tests when spiking the natural chemistry there was no therapeutic benefit on some markers, and in some cases there was even an inflammatory response produced with the spiked chemistry. With the naturally-occurring chemistry it was consistently more therapeutic on the multiple cellular markers they were testing - without any inflammatory response. So you are much better off when you can find a product which has the active ingredient/chemistry naturally-occurring.) Original Madre 1.08% TQ Black Seed Oil Review: It's not difficult to discover the many benefits of taking Black Cumin Seed Oil - including helping to prevent Type 1 & 2 Diabetes, Improved Glucose Tolerance, Antioxidants, Immunity Boosting - just to name a few (check out Dr. Mercola and Dr. Axe's websites, among others for more info). For me, I immediately noticed the Black Seed Oil (just one eyedropper full) made falling asleep easier and promoted deeper sleep. I did not know that this was one of the benefits, but was pleasantly surprised! Update… Since buying a bottle of this a couple of weeks ago, we just ordered another 4 oz. bottle. I’ve been telling my wife so much about how good this makes me sleep that she wanted her own bottle to keep with her supplements. It’s good for a lot for a lot of other things, but the way it helps with sleep is enough reason for us alone. I don't know why it works so well, but now I don't have to use Melatonin, 5-HTP and L-Theanine to sleep well. I just use an eyedropper or two of the Black Seed Oil and it knocks me out! If I wake up 4 hours later (which I normally do, even with Melatonin and the other supplements), I just take another eyedropper or two, and quickly back to sleep I go. This works better than anything I’ve ever tried for a good night’s sleep, and without any kind of “hangover” like Melatonin can give.

I have to admit. This is a very rough taste. I would drink and always chase it was coffee, and this proved to help a bunch. I've finished the whole bottle and most substantial difference I've noticed is bloat has reduced and getting up in the morning doesn't feel so tough. I think, to see lasting results, it will take you more than one bottle. But given the THQ content that it has, as well as its price in a glass bottle, its a superb value. It's difficult to tell what's right or wrong, given as so many influencers will try to educate people by spitting out the same information, trying to market themselves as experts. But I take a TBSP in the morning and before bed, and as someone who isn't paid or expecting money from an affiliate link, I have to say that its a small cause for the outlook of better health, given all the research available on it. This brand, among other things, is also very reputable. I would choose this over guru nanda, looking at just the ingredients alone. You should be taking this pure, not blended with lower quality oils.

The main health benefit for this is that it has kept my bowels moving. The drawback is that it tastes like liquefied #2 pencil shavings, black pepper oil, and motor oil combined. If you are going to take this make sure to put your head back and pour it to the back of your throat. Swallow quickly and have something to eat or drink immediately after.

Excellent oil for pains. I use it for a shoulder tendonits and the change has been amazing. I use it for every pain I feel.

This stuff is amazing! I am a regular user of Black Seed Oil ( 2x daily), and have tried multiple brands over the past several months. I must say Madre Nature black seed oil is the best I've used hands down! The packaging is well done, the bottle is glass for both the 8oz, and 16oz sizes, which is a huge plus. The oil itself is cold pressed, USDA certified organic, non-GMO, and is suitable for those who are in a vegan diet. The color is richer than other brands I've consumed including some of the most popular out there. The flavor is full, and can be compared to an earthy, nutty, slightly peppery taste in my opinion. Not as bad as some make it out to be. Now to what really matters, is this effective? Absolutely! I have found the Madre Nature brand to be the most pure, and effective black seed oil I've used to date. It has effectively gotten rid of my digestion issues, given me more energy during the day, helped me smash my workouts (15lbs lighter in two months) , and has done wonders for my hair and skin! Previous brands have worked but not to the same extent. I recommend trying this oil if you're looking for the highest quality on the market.

I still have about 1/5 of the bottle left. Using a tiny semi-clear plastic cap (like the kind you get with Pepto Bismol), I marked off two teaspoons. Poured myself two teaspoons and drank it down every day for about three weeks. Felt nothing. No appreciable or discernible difference felt. Certainly didn't feel any kind of boost or even a mild improvement in my health. The taste isn't really so bad. I just washed it down with water or sometimes nibbled on some dried fruit after each dose. Can't really nail down the smell. Reminds me ever so slightly, faintly of motor oil. (If you've ever tried drinking Chinese medicinal teas ------- dosing yourself with this oil is a walk in the park.) Maybe I didn't stick with it long enough, but it seems to me that other products (turmeric, organic carrot juice, celery sticks, pineapple) have been more helpful for me than this oil.
