Good millet
I wanted to try millet because some articles show it has a better glycemic index than rice. This millet is good quality and cooks up faster than rice (although I have to use more water than the instructions call for, keep an eye on it while cooking). All in all satisfied.

Delicious, but don't use the instructions on the bag
This millet is cheap and delicious. That said, the instructions on the back of the bag will lead to the millet being undercooked. I got a much better result by following this recipe: Toast 1 cup of millet in a dry saucepan for 4-5 minutes or until it starts to get golden brown. Add 2 cups of water. Cover, bring to a hard boil, then decrease the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and sit for another 10 minutes. Don't take the lid off for this entire process.

Love it
Millet is a simple, underrated grain that’s easy to cook and surprisingly versatile. The flavor is mild and slightly nutty, which makes it work with both savory and sweet dishes. It’s not the most exciting grain on its own, but it’s light, digestible, and a solid healthier alternative to rice. Great texture, zero fuss, and genuinely useful if you want something nutritious without trying too hard.

Nutty, Versatile, and Healthy
I’ve been adding this organic millet to my meals and I am very impressed. It has a nice nutty flavor and is incredibly versatile—it’s easy to toss into different dishes to bulk them up. It’s a high-quality organic grain that is simple to prepare and a great way to add extra nutrition to your diet. Definitely a staple for anyone looking for a healthy, budget-friendly addition to their pantry.

I like how many ways to use millet there are
Best price and on Amazon, size is good so youcan make a few recipes, highly versatile, from porridge, cookies, bark. Note:Not diabetic friendly! Like 50+ points for 1/2 cup of porridge, however here is the recipe, 3-1 cup ratio, 3cups water to 1c millet + salt, fav sweetener, 2tbsp of coconut sugar, now either you can do a fall spice combo ( my mother's fav) of chocolate cocoa thing (my dad's fav), add some coconut oil good to know. Totally fresh, crisp texture after 15 min boiling it starts to soak up all the water for perfect porridge!I And clean, no dirt.

Millet is very hard to find in Japan, while it is available everywhere in Europe.
