Hard as a Rock!!!
The description on my phone was "soft". Let me tell you, this is NOT soft. It's hard as a rock. Buy only if you are looking for a torture device. I couldn't lay on it at all. And certainly no one could use it as a pillow!

This item made my back pain worse! So far so good with using it on my feet.
Increase back pain instead of reducing the pain.

No Instructions. Not worth it.
It did not come with instructions. I’ve tried this thing every which way and can’t see how it positively relieves the lower back in anyway. I can’t say if it’s a value for the money or if it’s performance is good because it just seems awkward without proper guidance of usage.
