I like the product better than other brands. Definitely showing some results with proper workout over two weeks. The shake is thick. I mix a tablespoon of bournvita and honey for the taste.Now, about the effectiveness of raw whey. I was concerned about digestion and protein absorption. One thing can solve all these and also save you a lot of money. Ginger! Take half inch piece of ginger before and after 10 mins of drinking raw whey. Good for digestion and absorption,one of the best natural digestive enzymes, no more bloating, gas, and it even helps with faster muscle recovery.

I have been using different whey protein for a year now and i have been using this since last 15days and i don't see any issues with it. My gym performance is still good and i don't see any bloating issue. Taste is just fine and it's not fake for sure i can tell.

So far I find this product good need to take it for some more time then only I would reach to a stage I could recommend you this product, I bought this first time, so it's being judged ryt now.

Everytime i mix it with correct amount of water,lumps and foams fill up the whole shaker. I can't even feel the supplement powder, I feel like i just drank the water,nothing else. And quality is also bad. No result for 2 weeks, in 2 weeks even Avataar whey will show result,but not this one. I recommend not to buy it.

One of the best availbe in the market right now. Thick flavour with higher BCAA, helps in recovery and growth.

Dont buy this product. Its very bad for your health , very hard to digest and blood falls on your poo when you start using it.
