Silverline 953474 Multipurpose Ladder with Platform 3.6m 12-Tread

Needed a ladder like this for decorating up some stairs and very high ceiling. Little bit skeptical on their sturdiness at first but everything seems good and all the locks seem very secure. They also fold down to a very storable size. Weight wise it not too bad quite easy to move around and use in tight spaces.

A very well constructed and sturdy ladder with locking hinges to give you the confidence it won't unhinge on you. Could have done with a detachable handrail for use with the platform (this doesn't appear to be offered as an option anywhere so I am going to have to make one before I can use it in platform mode). Also, it's a faff to configure the hinges into the shape you want, but very adaptable, and worth it once you've got the shape you want. Would have given 5 stars, except for the lack of handrail, and the nylock nut (for securing the extension feet) not actually having a thread. Good job I had spares in the shed, else that would have meant a trip out to my local DIY store to buy 1 nylock nut.

Después de más de un año usándola, estoy muy satisfecho. Es fácil de usar (aunque pesa y al principio recomiendo manejarla entre dos personas). Fiable y muy resistente. La uso en dos jardines de pequeñas dimensiones y es muy versátil. La función andamio es muy útil para pintar en casa. La posibilidad de modificar su forma, me permite usarla también en escaleras con seguridad. Una compra maestra.
