Some of the better pintos out there, and a bag of 15 or 20 pounds makes sure you have some in the pantry for whatever you need. Don't buy into canned goods hype. These are super duper easy to make, and all you need to do is wash and soak them for a bit. You can even just put them into soup that is decently hot and let it simmer for a length of time. Much better than getting canned chemicals in your food. Dried is the way to go. Any good prepper should have a couple bags of beans around. So should you.

I love that these pinto beans are organic and non-gmo. I always buy larger bags (better value) and then transfer to jars to keep in the cooler basement. We ferment them for three days (water and salt) and they cook to soft enough in 30 minutes or so. The fermenting improves texture and flavor as well as digestibility.

The beans are fine. Very clean. Tasty.Amazon did not package them properly, so the bag of beans had brokenthrough the poorly taped box, which had no packing material in it. This delayed delivery while the Post Office did additional poor quality taping. Also, the outside of the bean bag was wet and dirty. Be sure to insist on proper shipping materials and procedures.

Not any rotten bean I found or bugs in it. Good beans for charro and stew

Love these beans! They boil up real nice and bright in color demonstrating that they are always fresh. I always thought I was doing something wrong in boiling my beans when they would come out dark and even the water would be darker. Then I started using these, and I always got a nice creamy, bright bean. Needless to say, I stopped buying beans from the grocery store.

Growing up eating pinto beans Frequently coming from a Hispanic family, I feel I’m pretty qualified to make a review on these beams. I love that they don’t take forever to cook like the regular beans from the local market, I wonder how long they’ve been sitting on the shelves! These cook faster and they taste fresher and I feel better feeding them to my family because there are also organic. This is a win-win for me . I Will continue to purchase them don’t change whatever you’re doing.!!!
