Amazing graphics card. 🫣
This card is beautiful. It has a metal backplate, three fans, good bright lighting, and is a nicely proportioned two slot card. The heat sink is GNARLY, it has a bunch of copper heat pipes, horizontal cooling fins, and an amazing light grey on dark grey paint scheme. The 7800XT is a tank, it has brut force performance, it curb stomps 1440 GPUs from Nvidia such as the 4070 and 4070ti in terms of price to performance. The noise level of the fans is kind of high if you go balls to the wall ultra graphics on gaming like playing Starfield, Space Marine 2, Or Cyberpunk. If you play on competitive settings for like call of duty, or battlefield, the noise is non existent. This thing isn’t even phased by somewhat older titles. I couldn’t be happier with this card, and I’m so glad I spent money on something that didn’t max out my credit card AHEM Nvidia 🤨. Ray tracing performance is alright, but then again I don’t ever use it because it’s pointless, little to no crashes and the triple fan design is well suited for mid tower/full tower/dual chamber design cases in terms of size. This is not a mini atx gpu, and also before you install the card, make sure to uninstall all your gpu drivers from the previous card if you’re upgrading. Overall, price to performance is unbeatable, fans need a quieter design like bequiet, maybe collaboration with them would be cool, but eh, power draw is Quite extreme capping at 300w if you’re pushing it, clock speeds are awesome, and the card just looks stunning.

Top Tier Contender for 1440p Cards
I spent literal months shopping and comparing cards. I finally bought this when it came back in stock along with a Ryzen 7 9700x for my first ever build, and after a month I've been really impressed with the performance. It was very easy to install on the motherboard. I tried Gigabyte's tuning software, but I've found Ryzen's Adrenalin to be much better for fine tuning, even allowing you to tune individual games. It runs quiet and cool once you get in and adjust the fan curves and voltages. It'll be a couple months before I can start comparing power usage vs. my consoles, but considering I'm not running it to its max, I doubt I'll notice much difference. My only gripe is that every once in a while in a game, the sound will drop out for a couple seconds, and in other games the screen will go black for a couple seconds. Probably less to do with this card specifically and more just the architecture of the card itself. Overall though it was definitely a great buy for a 1440p high settings card.

Great budget GPU for Ultrawide 2k monitors
This is my first card from the 'red team,' and I decided to try it after hearing so many good things lately. Right out of the box, the build quality felt solid and premium in my hand. With new-gen GPU prices being so high, this card offered similar performance for almost half the price of the competition. I'm very happy with it. It runs games great on my ultrawide 2K monitor. Sure, the ray tracing isn't its strong suit, but for what I paid, this thing was an absolute steal. It also runs quiet and stays cool in my high-airflow case. The drivers and software have been solid, too. A huge plus for me is the minimal RGB - just a small logo that lights up, which looks great even when disabled. Finally, a card that isn't a huge light show.

One of the best price to performance cards
AWESOME GPU. Can’t go wrong with a 7800XT. Silent fans, stays under 65 degree celsius under extended gaming sessions, even in my micro atx hot box lol. Really recommend this card in any version. Barely any stutters at 1080p max settings. Even better when dropping the graphics down a little. Great upgrade from my 1660S No doubt it will perform superbly at 1440p

good build, looks great, struggles with games made for Nvidia...
works great as an AMD GPU but made no difference in games optimized for nvidia sadly, I used it as an eGPU for my laptop and it felt like it made no difference aside from offloading the graphics from my laptop.

Great card and great value!
What a great card at a great value! Luckily I got one at $539.99 before the crazy price gouging. It can handle the latest 4k games (SF6, Tekken 8, Cyberpunk). It'll perform even better when using of Adrenaline's Frame Gen and Super Resolution. Overclocking at a higher GPU clock OR at higher memory clock, depending on the game, can achieve surprisingly great results.

Best 1440p card at Ultra settings and then some!
Upgraded to this card from a Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 GAMING 8G (rev.1.0). The performance gains are impressive, to say the least. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora plays so smooth; even more so after enabling FSR 3.0. Extremely happy with this purchase. The fans are considerably louder than the RX 5700 while under load; just keep that in mind. I have no issue as I'm always playing with a home theater setup, which overpowers the dB output of those fans. You may end up tweaking the fan curve. For 500 bucks, there's much value given considering next-gen memory at 16GB. You can feel confident in cranking up all settings to highest settings possible at 1440p; you'll end up having a blast. Doing so at 4K resolutions will result in between the 40s & 50s in terms of fps. That in itself is rather impressive, considering this is a 1440p card. This chiplet design is paying off, and it shows. AMD is killing it!

I’ve been using the GIGABYTE Radeon RX 7800 XT Gaming OC 16G for over 30 days, and it has been an amazing experience for gaming with solid cooling and great value for the price. 🎮 Gaming Performance (1440p Beast!) This card is an absolute powerhouse for 1440p gaming. I’ve played Cyberpunk 2077, GTA 5, and The Witcher 3 on ultra settings, and the FPS is buttery smooth. Even with ray tracing, the performance holds up decently, though NVIDIA still leads in that department. ❄️ Cooling & Noise The WINDFORCE triple-fan setup does an excellent job at keeping temperatures around 65-70°C under heavy load. The fans remain quiet, and the zero RPM mode during idle makes the system completely silent. 🤖 AI/ML Workloads (Okay, but Not the Best) Since I also study AI/ML, I tested some workloads on this card. While it can handle basic AI tasks, NVIDIA GPUs are still superior due to CUDA and Tensor core support. If AI/ML is your primary focus, an NVIDIA RTX card is a better option. 🔧 Software & Stability After 30+ days, I’ve had no major driver issues. AMD’s Adrenalin software is user-friendly, and features like FSR 3 and Smart Access Memory (SAM) help boost performance in supported games. ✅ Final Verdict After a full month of usage, I can confidently say that this card offers 100% the best price-to-performance ratio! It beats the RTX 4070 in raw gaming power while being more affordable. If you're gaming at 1440p, this is an absolute steal. However, for AI/ML tasks, NVIDIA remains the better choice due to CUDA optimizations. 💯 For gamers, this is a must-buy! Highly recommended!

After a year, the graphics card has suddenly stopped outputting, tried on 3 different computers. Nothing.. Tried to request recompensation and have been ignored.

Great graphics card for the price to performance. My only issue is that you might get a crash once a week with the amd adrenaline software.
