Broken pieces after a week.
tool broke in half during the first week i had it- looks like they weren’t glued together well

I'm so hurt. As I was doing a client dreads the tool broke in the process. I was excited to use my new tool on my client's hair in the process of using it for the first time, it broke on me. I'm sending it back.

I love this tool It works very well and I love my hair also my children’s hair if I have to I will buy it again.

Not good for making locs
The metal prongs don't work that well as the one with the wooden base. I brought these thinking the handle would me more sturdy but it didn't really help. I would suggest buying the ones with the wooden handle for loc making.

Poor quality; weak
First use and they bent. The tip is unusually large for the size of needle. These would never work and not sure what hair these would work for because they're not strong at all.
