Perfect crimps.
I purchased this to install an 800w 4 panel system on my camper and it worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this kit and would purchase again if I needed. High quality, durable, perfect crimps every time and at a reasonable price point. I was totally impressed and happy with this product.

Everything you need!
This is a great kit with everything you need at a good price. Order a roll of wire to go with it and get your solar setup wired up quickly. It comes with a case to keep everything organized. The tools are surprisingly well made.

This is a great little kit. The crimpers are great. Good value. Also it’s very easy to use the connectors.

Strippers seem subpar
Crispers worked as expected but the strippers were useless. Reverted to an old pair I had that worked fine after trying to use the ones that came in the kit

Auto strippers rock!
This kit rocks. The star of the show are the auto strippers. The tools are well made and function extremely well! Highly reccomend this kit. Skip the kit without the auto strippers! Makes great connections.

Excellent solar cable crimpers. Have bought 2 others, these are by far the best. Using on 10 AWG cable.

possibly the best kit for money
I love this Kit! I've looked at nearly every kit on amazon and this has to be in the top 3, #1 for money! Have used it to wire 3s3p solar array and not a problem, absolutely would recommend to anyone doing anything with mc4 connectors. The only thing is that you have to get to know how to use the automatic stripper because it doesn't just rip off the wire insulation, you have to cut the insulation and turn the cutters 90 degrees to get both sides, and for shorter pieces the clamps push the insulation off the wrong end of the wire, which was a little frustrating when you just made a cut and then the copper is covered in insulation again... But still worth it in my opinion, plus the box is bad ass love it!

Must have tool.
I bought this set hoping it would be a good set to install solar connections, let me tell you they was better than I thought. This set is a must have if you are installing a solar system. A+++
