Do not buy this product. I ended up with 100 tablets of zinc and copper supplement made by Jarrow Formulas. The product is completely incorrect!

I really like adding zinc to my regular regime. Its good to help stabalize blood sugar levels, and helps out with inflammation/wound healing. I'm a bit klutzy so that alone is for the win!
