Hello, are these a one time use or can this one pair be used over several days of skiing?

You put them on before you put on your socks and ski boots and at the end of each day you peel them off and put the backing sheet on again. At the end of your ski trip simply wash them in warm soapy water and allow to dry before putting them away until your next trip.

Hi, these have a sticky (non transfer) coating that adheres to the skin. They stay in place well (unless you get serious shin sweat from ski socks).

What is the size of the pad - not the packaging as quoted?

It is very small. I was disappointed and sent it back as I did not think it would offer any protection. Can not recall the exact size.

Can these be used to protect shins from trauma due to very thin skin to wear wear every day?

I too have very thin skin and I use the gel pads. They are self adhesive in a gentle way, just enough to adhere to your shins, and peel away easily after use. I have used thenm for three years now and they are brilliant and have stopped all the pain and bruising I used to get when skiing.
