Simply inflate the balloon, and pass the neck of the balloon through the triangle on the cup, wrap the neck of the balloon around the stick twice and then place the neck in the cup. (no knots needed)

Bought these to support balloons purchased for husband's birthday surprise well over a month ago. Brilliant. They've made a simple bunch of balloons look really nice. I put them in a vase like a bunch of flowers. They're reusable so very cost effective.
