Remove ALL loose rust.

Well see if it holds up after winter
Late shipping even though i ordered 9 days before needing it. Didnt think it was going to be a matte silver but it layed down alright, covered well. Dried quick. Durability tbd after winter passes. I know its not going to stop the rust but at least slow it down some for a permanent fix next spring. Pricey but it covers well
