I purchased this first aid case to create an asthma emergency kit. It could not be more perfect. It holds EVERYTHING: portable nebulizer with all its accoutrements--power cord, batteries, masks, medicine, saline solution. It holds oral medication, a rescue inhaler and a peak flow meter. All of it is organized without crowding. The case is sturdy, the zippers very strong, it's and to carry, and I love the fact that it is waterproof. The only thing I have yet to add to it is a medic alert charm saying, "I Have Asthma".

Currently working on filling this; it'll be going into my car. It's a tad big for a glove box, but it would be perfect for a cabinet or a drawer.Right now, I have bandages, Neosporin, a cold pack, benzocaine, nasal spray, cough drops, various medications, and a couple of pain patches in it, and there is still room for more. I love having the capacity to hang up the bag and see everything at once.The zipper is sometimes a bit tricky to open and close, but not that annoying and it easily slides with a little more effort.

I use this for backpacking. The bag is very durable and light. However, I wish there were a couple of compartments to separate medications from wraps, bandaids etc. I kept it and used it for the trip. However I will keep looking for the perfect case.

Perfect size for our toddler who has food allergies and has to travel with an emergency bag

I got this first aid bag because of the hook for hanging and the multiple zippered compartments. It worked well for traveling with a small amount of first aid items. The zipper is sometimes really hard to work around the bag and I found that annoying. Otherwise it is a nice bag, although somewhat smaller than I'd like.

Perfect size for first aid. Quality is good. Fits in my backpack.

Happy with this purchase. The bag fits everything I could need and organizes it all very well.

This is sturdy and a good size. However, having the zippered pocket at the bottom of the main compartment is not super useful. I ended up putting most supplies in a big Ziploc first, so that I could lift that out to get to the zippered part (where I keep small stuff) without getting anything dirty. Other than that it works well.
