Just what I needed. As you can see in the image, there are no letters missing - 2 of each letter was received. I was worried I wasn't going to receive all the letters as some of the reviews mentioned some letters were missing. I'm very happy. I needed these letters so I could add to a housewarming keyring gift for a couple. Perfect, thank you!

When I ordered these I ordered 4 sets/2packs.when I received them there were letters missing. Between the four sets the letters missing were c, e, t, g, l, m, h, i, j, m, and s. Other than that they are very good quality.

Lovely gift, really well presented even received a small token as a thank you for ordering, excellent service and would definitely buy again, I split them up as individual gifts and put each one in an organza gift bag to add as a tag for a main present
