Plan ahead, this device takes a while to get. Not a last minute purchase.It is right ear only design.That having been said, the device comes with three sizes of fittings for the ear. I found that the device works okay for me without the flexible over-the-ear retainer - which by the way is easily removed or installed. Others may find the retainer helpful or use tape to keep the device in your ear.I umpire field hockey, so lots of running/moving. It stays in my ear without the retainer, but I now use the retainer.

Headsets will not pair. Customer service kept having us do the same thing over and over again. Was not able to use for our event. Now has quit responding to my messages when I asked for my money back and to return. This was a waste of money for my non-profit organization where I could have used this money elsewhere. I am very disappointed.

For 140$, you can’t beat it. The headset sounds good and the mics are good but the earpiece doesn’t fit snug in you ear. The over-ear piece isnt firm enough to hold it in place.

These are absurdly difficult to set up. It doesn't help that the manual text was probably generated with an online text translator. Plus, it is in 4 point type, so you have to use a magnifying glass to read it.Another problem is while you have to press and hold a button to turn it on, an accidental press of another button will instantly turn it off. You will need some kind of case to put it in if you want to hold it in your pocket, because you can accidently press the off button in your pocket.The combined earphone and microphone seems like it was an afterthought. It's a little flimsy, and difficult to keep in your ear. I believe that earphones with a built-in microphone and 4 connectors (like those for Samsung phones) will work with these and stay in your ears better, but I only had one pair to test this on.Other than all that, they work just fine.

Best head set ever had.Some time doesn't work with others heat sets.

wanted something for my motorcycle and as a soccer referee. Fits both well.

They look great, but the headset won’t stay in my ear while running (I wanted to use it while I ref soccer matches). I tried all 3 sizes of earbuds, but it still falls out. I will be returning them and using the headsets that came with the coms… while not my favorite, at least they stay on my ear.

Would not stay in my ear. Wouldn't work for me. Sorry
