The chair arrived as expected, packed well with a minimum use of Styrofoam (I hate that stuff). The chair needed to be assembled, and everything was clearly marked and I really liked the allen wrench tool with the T handle. It really assisted in making assembly easy compared to the usual allen wrenches that are L shaped.The instructions are clear, all of the parts are of high quality, and they logically fit well together. My previous chair had a padded seat and it quickly wore out. This one is mesh and is much more cush for the tush. Also, I picked the color blue and it is very attractive.All in all, this chair is comfortable for a slightly plump, mature adult that is 5'10". The is very sturdy chair, has all the high end necessary adjustments, and feels like a chair worth 5 times more. I am really impressed. Also, the vendor has excellent communication and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this chair. It is a heck of a deal.

This is an excellent office chair and provides good value for money compared with features provided by much more expensive models. It arrived in what is the most carefully packaged boxes that I’ve recently encountered. Each piece was carefully packaged in bubble wrap and pieces were separated by heavy cardboard. Very well designed packaging and everything arrived in perfect condition. Instructions were clear and concise, parts and tools carefully packaged and well labelled, I wish that everything I ordered would have this high standard of packaging and design. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear. Time from box to assembled chair was about 30 minutes, working at a comfortable pace. The chair is well designed and solidly made, again, good value for money. Nearly every touch point is adjustable - Seat height, lumbar support, seat back forward/aft, armrest height - angle - and width, all easily adjustable given the tools that came with the product. I opted for the optional roller blade wheels and had confirmation of my request within a couple of hours and notification that the wheels had been shipped came the next day. That’s an example of excellent customer support and service - I am very impressed with the quality of my new chair and with the support and service of the company that sold it. Definitely they have earned my 5-Star Rating.

This Elabest ergonomic chair is so amazing in its comfort and build quality. I purchased the Red version...and it throws a different element to my office. The customer service is outstanding...I was noticing that I could use a shorter gas lift than the standard size provided... I reached out to the Customer Service department who expedited it to me immediately. Thank you Ada!! Very quick turnaround time and installation was quick and easy. As the title states, this chair is great! It has all the features I need, especially the armrests. They can even be set wider apart which is a huge factor in ergonomics when you sit for a few hours working at a desk. The assembly was easy and there were no missing parts. The instructions require you to lift the entire assembly onto the gas piston which can be difficult if you're not the strongest, but you don't have to follow the directions to the T since it's pretty straightforward. I also like the front end of the seat, the mesh is reinforced by a tough foam pad so plastic frame doesn't dig into your thighs.I saw other reviews stating the headrest doesn't stay in place and can shift around, but the solution is easy. Take the allen wrench that came with the chair and tighten the bolts that hold the headrest together, and it will be much more rigid.Besides this, the one glaring problem I had was the lumbar support. It's flexible plastic, but it presses hard into my lower back even when I adjusted it entirely out of the way. Almost made me return the chair until I realized you can take it off! There are two philips-head screws on the underside of the suport, below where you can slide it up and down. Remove these and the whole lumbar support assembly comes right off. Much more comfortable now. Word of warning: the screws just cut into the plastic, so reattaching the lumbar support will probably strip out the plastic screw-holes. I have no plans to put it back on, but if you're unsure if you want to remove it, then I would just leave it be.Satisfied, the company couldn't have done a better job. Will probably purchase the exact same chair again in the future!

Outstanding! This chair is excellent. Comfortable, easy to put together, feels sturdy. Rolls easily. As far as functionality, adjustments are easy in regards height, reclining and lumbar support. In the paperwork with the chair was the invitation to ask for a free set of rollerblade wheels to enhance rollability. I requested the wheels and they were shipped right away. Easy switch out and I am impressed.

The customizable lumbar support has been a lifesaver! I started getting a lower back ache with my previous chair, so I knew it was time for better lumbar support. This chair fits perfect, better than any basic lumbar pillow.I went through a few office chairs before finding this one!I love the all mesh design, it stays cool even when sitting on it all day.Customer support is top notch - this reason alone would convince me to buy future office chairs from them! I needed a shorter chair height and they sent over the piece I needed asap.Delivery is quick, their responses are fast, and the quality is better than most other chairs I've bought from staples/office depot.
