U.S. Military Surplus Medical Case Implements Forceps Hemostats Scissors Blades

Everything I received is exactly as the picture shows. Maybe not the best quality put there, but it's certainly not of poor quality, and I reckon it'll serve its purpose if need be. I'm happy with it. The only negative thing I could say is the MOLLE strap doesn't secure the pouch to my backpack very tightly. It flops around alot. But that's a minor issue and overall I'm happy with the purchase.
