Good product
My dog has seasonal allergies, I started using this during the summer because I started to notice her getting “hot spots” at first I didn’t think the product worked until about a week later, her hot spots went away, I noticed she had stopped scratching the way she was before I bought this product I give it a 10/10 I will definitely be buying this again soon! Burt’s bees has always been a life saver for me!!

This Works
My GSD/Pitbull mix gets hotspots- this stuff soothes it quickly and gets rid of the hotspot in a matter of days. I spray the spot generously at least once a day.

It's worth it
Following a recent move, I misplaced the bottle I purchased for my cat due to recent scratching. It helped so much I decided to buy a new one b/c I wouldn't mind if I ended up with 2 bottles should the original show up, which it did! Just saying, it's worth it.

Smells good
We’ve tried a lot of things for hot spots and this is fine in the summer months in between baths but I wouldn’t recommend for winter

Shampoo
Love this shampoo. It lathers and cleans well with a nice scent.

I hope this is quality..
The media could not be loaded. Product came leaking-not too terribly, but still. No safety seal. It’s also the most liquid-y shampoo I have ever seen (see video). I’ve never bought this particular product before, but none of the other BB’s products I’ve gotten have ever looked this way, so I hope it’s authentic. Does not have a scent to speak of, which is true to what is advertised. Overall, I’ll give it a go, but I don’t think this will last very long with it’s consistency.

waste of money, and can't be returned!
This product is a waste of money. It simply doesn't work because it irritates the dog. Hence, the redness and itchiness came back!!!! The spot is even worse than before. Just get a simple calamine lotion. This is garbage! Vinegar hurts the dog, and honey makes her want to lick it even more!!!!! Who invented this? Let him have it.Last but not least, this item cannot be returned. So, here goes my money into the garbage bin...

Seems to work
My dog's been having issues with dry skin and hot spots since the summer started to end. She was licking and chewing spots bald, this seems to have worked as a temporary relief instantly. The smell is not exactly the "nicest" but I think the manufacturer was thinking more of the dog then the human with this product and I can respect that. My dog seems to have no problem with the smell and has a neutral reaction to being sprayed with this when she would usually start rubbing most sprays off if they have a scent.

What's Not to Like?
I give serious consideration to cruelty-free products, which is how I found this product. It also defies the conventional notions of imitating human shampoos to clean dogs. How wonderfully refreshing to have a scent-free product (also imagine how happy the dog feels about that). That said, the coat is left shiny and robust. I had to work hard to establish anything like a lather; still, the result was worth it and the itching tamed. I note that there are some polysyllabic ingredients; however, the formula is preferable to many others on the market.

¡Me encantó!
Tengo una perrita pug y tiene la piel muy sensible. A veces se rasca y se deja partes de su cuerpo sangrando. He intentado varias cosas pero cuando probé este spray, funcionó de maravilla. 100% recomendado.

Mixed review
I’m not certain that this is helping, or rather irritating my puppy’s skin. However, the ingredients & quality, for the price & size, are a decent buy. I’m just unclear as to if it’s easing my puppy’s discomfort at all.
