I’ve been strictly on an animal-based diet for over 2.5 years now and have been overjoyed to heal numerous health issues and restore my youthful glow. Thank you for the caring authenticity.About a week into taking Bone Marrow, Organs, and Gallbladder I felt happy mood surges throughout the day, strong, stable energy, a feeling that my brain function was “crisp and online” immediately upon waking, waking before my alarm, deeper sleep, and more vivid dreams with an ability to recall them. Some days I experienced slight detox symptoms (headache, tight muscles, low mood, etc.) but they quickly cleared by the following day.Next, I added Collagen, Pancreas, and Thyroid. I’ve since noticed effortless digestion and an improvement in my body temperature regulation. I used to turn ice cold after eating or drinking my morning coffee and noticed that this reaction is greatly decreased.My hair, which was falling at an alarming rate, dry, brittle, thinning, and slow to grow is looking shiny, vibrant, soft and full of body. My stylist commented completely unprompted that I have a noticeable amount of new growth and proceeded to show me the proof - she was surprised by this. Funnily, my stylists told me that I needed to take Biotin pills to improve my hair. I tried them but they never worked.A strange sort of rash down both of my legs which had been frustratingly impossible to manage for a couple of years and was leaving scars has now disappeared only a few weeks into taking these organs.I noticed today that the last twinges of knee pain have faded away. I found myself sprinting down my staircase when I normally go carefully because even after 2+ years on carnivore I still had a bit of pain.I am 100% positive that everything I am noticing is due to the addition of these organs because I've changed nothing else in my lifestyle prior.I typically avoided taking pills/supplements because as they would digest in my system I would taste the ickiness of the pill contents. I giggle now because I once took iron supplements as advised by my doctor specifically to increase my iron status then was subsequently denied the opportunity to give blood because my iron was too low. Oh the irony!I’ve also given many other lifestyle changes a try desperate to fix various health problems. After falling for the claims of health improvements to be experienced with increasing my plant intake, I eagerly tried juicing (esp. green juices), superfood smoothies, the vegan diet, the vegetarian diet, daily massive salads, etc. My health deteriorated further as I ingested more plants. Nothing restored my physical and mental health back to prime except for A) a whole foods animal-based diet (carnivore/zero carb), and B) adding these organs from Ancestral Supplements - my body doesn't lie - end of story. I've since added Colostrum, Adrenal, and BrainUPDATE: 2/2021: I feel more limber now despite quitting my 3-session-per-week yoga practice over 2 years ago. My muscles stay comfortable and relaxed as long as I take these supplements even in times of stress. My slow digestion and indigestion have both cleared up massively - such a relief! My mood has improved as I recently noticed that I am not as affected by cloudy, dreary, or rainy (sunless) weather - though I will always appreciate a healthy dose of sunshine!

As a female with endometriosis, my experience is like most women who suffer with this condition - it takes over a decade to get diagnosed and the "treatment" options are just as damaging to the body and mind as the debilitating effects of endo. Here’s my journey back to a life worth living:My ah ha moment related to animal organs/bioavailability came from my hardcore stance on feeding my dogs raw, nutrient dense diets over the years. And most specifically, as a pit bull owner, managing histamine/allergic responses in my dogs has always been a priority. After my endo diagnosis and some changes that took place for me - namely surgery to diagnose my endo, removal of my fallopian tubes and taking me off of birth control that I had been on since I was very young to treat "heavy bleeding" but was causing severe side effects - in the aftermath of these biological changes I started to have an even more significant response to histamines. I had never had "allergies" before and cyclically I was now having very severe responses to my environment. As one of those many trials and errors, I started to dabble first with animal fats, as I had learned about my body composition and my ability to digest and break down fats very well. I then transitioned into including small amounts of whole liver and heart from a local farm here in AZ that pasture raises all its meats. While the transition was somewhat difficult simply because I have a digestive system that has never been happy - I persevered through this complete shift from vegetarian/vegan to predominantly carnivore.Through this process, it forced me to dive deep on the bioavailability and "like-for-like" impact of eating animal organs to treat my organs. I have stage 4 endo which means it has spread in my body well beyond my reproductive system which includes an impact on my digestive system and my nervous system, including my vagal nerve. And so I started my journey with just liver supplementation first because my endo can also cause a lot of nausea and I had been struggling to always consume liver in the whole form. Being able to do both - desiccated when needed and whole liver - was a game changer. I had also been rendering down my own suet and trying to incorporate that into my diet, so Ancestral’s tallow was also another great way to supplement without having to consume food in volume when my body was still trying to just heal.Long story short, as a regular consumer of Ancestral Supplements’ liver, thymus, colostrum, intestines, tallow, brain, gallbladder, collagen and pancreas supplements - I have experienced an incredible shift in the levels of pain and frequency that my body feels, a response that many have told me I may never have with my severity of endo. Generally, endo flare ups would put me out for several weeks each month (and yes I know there are only 4 weeks in a month, tragic). Those flare ups have been shorter and more manageable generally. And then there's the mental health benefit - the severe impact of endo and my life experiences have taken a drastic toll on my mental health. I have been diagnosed in the past with PMDD which was very severe when I came off of birth control, although really no better while on it. The "cocktail" of supplements has completely saved my life. When my mental health improved, so did my energy levels. As an always energetic and physically active person, it has been difficult to go through long, extended bouts of no energy - it kills your spirit. But I have found it again, and so quickly. Now, I am in control of my energy, my sleep is deliberate and my physical activity is coming back (without the negative effects that endo had prior - I would lose feeling in my legs due to endo flare ups on my nervous system).
