Do not recommend to buy this product.
Do not waste your money on this product, it’s waste. Based on my personal experience and usage within 4-5 hrs of applying this on shoulder it came off. Absolutely no adhesive and what they claim is water proof etc is not true. Better order such product from your Physio clinic may be a bit expensive but will do its job.

Tape quality is worst
Quality of tape is worst...it didn't even stick to where ever the place I use...I used it 2-3 times on my injured hamstring muscle nd its not able to stick there for 2 mins...dnt buy it...it only looks good in look but not worth it using
