Do not expect company product.its just gel pillows. Too soft

The pillow is so soft i gave it to my mom as a gift because she has cervical problems and trust me it reduces her pain , you should definitely buy it , the packaging and all was very good It's very high qualityI'm suggesting you to buy it and it's definitely worth of money !

Product is not appropriately designed. It seems comfortable initially when you place your head on it. After a few minutes your neck begins to pain, and sleep is not possible. Rerun window closed yesterday otherwise I would have returned the same.

I have chronic neck pain issue. My back of the head part is very sensitive and hence I needed a pillow which is not too hard and not to soft. This pillow is a memory foam pillow which is not suitable for the same. It may cause you headache because it's hard for resting your head. The thickness is too much. You might feel that your shoulder is paining because of the height. Shape is pretty good.

Initially it was good for 1-2 months, gave good relief from cervical pain, but now it gives no relief. Its flattened, with no warranty.

Struggled for a whole quarter with neck pain. Was reluctant to buy highly advertised brands like frido because they are very pricey.Bought this product at around 1.2K , I use it with a this pillow as a base because I have broad shoulder and like to sleep sideways.I wish the size would be a little more , it's firm and retains its shape very quickly. Cover is removable so you can wash it seperately.
