This is really handy and very easy to use! Love it, the peep is very useful and it tells you when to move it to the next patch, and the tempreture control is great, worth the money for sure

Worked once fine but wouldn’t work again.

Wish I could leave a 5* but unfortunately not. I tried the waver a first time and the smoke it made out of my hair was so much that the fire alarm in my bedroom went on in the building. I finished to style on the balcony and I thought maybe it was due to my heat protector spray. The smell also that was left on my hair afterward was bad. I love to have fresh and good smell hair and this bothered me. The waves were great though and what I was looking for in term of style so I decided to try one more time, this time I made sure to use ZERO products on my hair before trying , and the smoke was identical. The smell also. Let me add that my hair were dry of course both times. So sadly, I cannot keep this product even though I loved the finish look, it's too unconvenient to do it outside for the sake of the smoke detector. I don't think it should be that smokey our of my hair.

Received with a non uk plug was the only grumble but I ordered a converter plug and sorted! It works amazingly well on my hair that is so resistant to any hair tool!! Looked fabulous and held the next day too!!! LOVE IT !

Just WOW! I have very thin flat hair and you can see more of my scalp the older I get but this is a game changer! I have never gotten the hang of using a wand, but this is so easy to use. It heats up fast and beeps when it's ready to use and when to release your hair when crimping is done. I read the comments and used a heat protector and set the temperature at 280 (lowest setting) and it crimped in one go without any burning smell. It curls great and made my hair soft and full and the thinning spot in the back able not visible. Works great and it's a great price! I love it!

I’m super impressed with this beach wave curler! It arrived safely, well-packaged with zero damage. I went with the 1.25 inch option, which is pretty big—great for longer hair like mine, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for shorter styles just because of how wide the barrel is. What blew me away is how wicked fast it heats up—seriously, it hits full temperature in under 2 minutes, which is the fastest I’ve ever seen with any curler. It’s really easy to turn on and operate, though the technique takes a little getting used to. With a bit of practice, though, the results are amazing. Now I’m really curious to try the 1 inch version—seems like it would be perfect for travel, and maybe even a better fit for shorter hair. Overall, this is a high-quality tool that delivers beautiful, effortless waves. Definitely recommend!

Le Tymo Rovy n'est pas un boucleur qui fait des spirales, mais un appareil qui crée de belles vagues profondes (comme des vagues de sirène ou des vagues de plage très marquées). On l'appelle un waver. 👍 Ce qui est Top avec le Tymo Rovy • Super facile à utiliser : Vous n'avez qu'à pincer la mèche de cheveux, attendre un peu (il y a un bip pour vous le dire !), et relâcher. Ho acquistato questa piastra TYMO nella versione da 32 mm perché cercavo uno strumento che mi permettesse di ottenere onde morbide, naturali e lucenti, senza gonfiare ulteriormente i miei capelli (che sono già molto spessi, folti e tendenti al crespo). Dopo aver confrontato diversi modelli, questo mi è sembrato il miglior compromesso tra qualità e prezzo, e confermo di essere rimasta molto soddisfatta. Impressioni iniziali: La confezione è curata e il ferro è esteticamente molto bello (il rosa è davvero elegante!). È leggero e maneggevole, e il display LED rende tutto super intuitivo: basta regolare temperatura e timer, e lui ti segnala quando è il momento di spostarti alla ciocca successiva. Easy. Uso e prestazioni: Ho i capelli spessi, lunghi fino alle spalle, naturalmente mossi e con tanto volume. Ho usato la piastra a 180°C con un tempo di posa di 4-5 secondi: il risultato è stato esattamente ciò che volevo, cioè onde ampie, naturali, effetto “beach waves” ma più ordinate (come si vede nella foto). Tempo totale: 10/15 minuti — un record per me, visto che di solito con altri strumenti impiego almeno mezz’ora. Già dalla prima volta ho capito bene come usarla. Durata: Le onde mi sono durate fino al lavaggio successivo, cioè quasi una settimana (i miei capelli non si sporcano facilmente). Non ho usato spray fissante, solo un velo di olio per separare meglio le onde e ammorbidire un po’ la piega. Chi desidera una tenuta ancora più duratura può ovviamente usare un fissante. Consigli pratici d’uso: • Non partire troppo vicino alla radice. • Dopo la prima onda, riposiziona la piastra seguendo l’onda precedente, per ottenere un effetto continuo e uniforme. • Per un look più spettinato e naturale, apri le onde con le dita o con un po’ d’olio leggero. Piccolo difetto (personale): Su capelli molto crespi come i miei, si sviluppa molto vapore durante l’uso. È una cosa che mi succede anche con altri strumenti, quindi penso sia legata al fatto che i miei capelli trattengono molta umidità. Nulla di preoccupante, ma lo segnalo. In conclusione: Una piastra veloce, efficace e intuitiva, che consiglio soprattutto a chi cerca onde naturali. Funziona anche su capelli difficili come i miei e, se durerà nel tempo, potrebbe diventare il mio prodotto preferito in assoluto. Speriamo che regga il confronto (per durata) con la mia amata piastra GHD!

Llevo años y muchos resfriados haciéndome trenzas con el pelo húmedo para que al día siguiente me quedara el pelo así, ahora en una horita me lo apaño. Al principio parece complicado y hay que tener cuidado con las orejitas o qué tan cerca te pegues la plancha de la raíz, pero coges el truquillo rápido, lo bueno es que tiene temporizador y puedes graduar la temperatura. La pongo a 180º y 4 segundos, las ondas quedan más marcadas si no coges exceso de mechones, hay que cuidarse el pelo con protector de calor porque quieras o no, exponerle a tanto calor le hace sufrir. Sin duda una buena inversión. Añado que hay otra plancha de la misma marca que se llama "compact" hace las ondulaciones más pequeñas, ya depende del gusto de cada quien, hay videos en redes sociales para saber cuál prefieres, dejo mi aporte aquí.
