Easy to use and I like the orange flavor

This is not a laxative, it's simply a natural way to help move food out of your colon. This is one of the best products I've ever used in my diet routine. In fact, I've used this product for well over 15 years. It is an excellent way to stay regular, avoid hemorrhoids issues and it's an excellent way to cure your insulin spike if you drink it before you eat or drink something high in carbs or sugars. Just don't take it with medication or supplements, as it will lessen the impact of the meds or supplements. I usually mix it with water and an emergen-C Raspberry packet, it lessen's the taste and texture when I drink it.

Colon cleanse works great

This product does absolutely nothing. It is also disgusting. The flavor is awful and it does not dissolve at all. It's very hard to drink and gets stuck in my throat. I suffered through it multiple times but it did nothing.
