This is great for cuticles!
I tried this on my fingernail cuticles (my feet aren't cracked) and it's absolutely great. I no longer have a cuticle problem and you don't need to use a lot of it each time. Feels good and not sticky or messy.

Great for diabetic at risk of sores from heel calluses/cracks
I got this for a friend, at his podiatrist's recommendation. He's diabetic, and the hard calluses and cracks in his heels are risky in terms of possible sores, etc. This cream really helps! He only uses it every few days, and his heels are in way better shape.

The cream works!
My mom is diabetic and had really dry skin on her feet. I bought this product for her hoping it would help. We did see results after the first use and she loves it. I will purchase this for me and my husband next. It is a really great product!

SkinIntegra actually softens rough skin!
Our podiatrist recommended this for my heels; so, for about a month and almost every day I've used an estimated amount the size of a pea (unless after showering then about a pinto bean size amount) on each foot. I'm pleased with the results! As I've aged, I have tried several different creams, lotions, oils, sanding on my heels along with necessary monthly removal of dead skin shaved from the feet. What I have found is that, wow, this stuff actually works to soften the skin! I believe that it will keep fissures from forming in the skin. Thus far, the product is achieving the goal I purchased it for and it's softening the skin on my hands as well. The scent is not wonderful, but it's not off putting or overwhelming. There is a tad amount of stickiness and if desired that is resolved by adding a small amount of any hand cream after applying the SkinIntegra. I'm pleasantly surprised with this product. Bottom line: this cream is worth a try!

Expensive but seems o OK
Expensive, product seems nice, but it was used. I don’t know if I’ll purchase it at that price.

Pretty good, but expensive
So for my husband this didn't work any better than the O'Keeffes green jar hand cream. I personally liked it better, it doesn't leave my hands as greasy and if you slather it on at night time and throw a pair of cotton gloves on or socks on your feet and sleep with them on, your hands and feet will feel awesome in the morning. It definitely does work but I'm not sure it's exactly worth what they are charging. If this was more like 12 or 15 dollars max I'd give it 5 stars but as expensive as it is I was expecting it to be more healing as far as cracked skin which was my husband's main complaint. It Def works to soften dry skin but we didn't notice a huge improvement with cracked skin. It can be very difficult to heal cracked skin in general so using this is a improvement and still better than using nothing. As far as the scent and the way it feels are all pros. It is a bit thinner in consistency than I was expecting but I didn't mind that.

good buy if you dont like using the foot file so much
love this stuff. little bit last a long time. im on the 5th day without using my foot file. using body cream on my heals would only last two days and then im back to using my foot file. so yes, even though its expensive its worth it. edit: just bought another tube for a backup. LOVE LOVE!!
