After several attempts to get a decent vent cover from Home Depot and having to replace it due to plastic breaking or mice chewing on it to try and get into my house i finally found this metal one with fine mesh to keep all the critters out. I did not have to struggle to screw it in as it fit my vent like a glove with basically no need to screw it into the wall. It is sturdy, it is metal and it will last for years!! Not to mention being decently priced.I would definitely recommend this vent cover!

Works well, keeps pests out. Fits tight in 6 inch opening. Easy to install. Good quality.

It was very easy to install and it is worth the value for the money. The material is very durable and it fit very snugly.

This vent cover works as its description says and it's durable. One advise is to clean the screen when you noticed that your dryer needed longer time to dry your clothing. Because it's very possible the lint from your dryer blocked the screen and wet air could not be vented efficiently. Other than this, there was no issue with the vent cover and I recommend this product.
