I really love this product! At first I thought it wasn’t working. The motor was working but nothing was coming out. I realized that the uptake tube was exactly as long as the container was deep. Therefore every time there was suction, it was attaching to the bottom of the contain and not could get sucked up the tube. All I needed to do was snip off a tiny bit of the bottom of the tube and now it works PERFECTLY!!!

I bought two units. One was dead on arrival and had to be returned. The other stopped working right after the return window closed. Light turns on but motor never runs. Contacted the seller but no response. Very poor quality and no customer support.

Love this product for myself and my kids - we have one in each bathroom. The battery lasts so long that we have still never recharged them. I took away one star because I had to trim the straw to allow it to effectively draw up the mouthwash.
