PAN Chachapa Mix, so easy to make only need water, little bit of milk and time to just rest and then you can fry. You can make at least 5 with each one cup of this mixture. Very delicious and wonderful mix. I love the taste and cheese.

This mix made it so easy to make cachapas at home! The flavor was authentic and instantly brought back memories — I haven’t had a cachapa in over 30 years, and this tasted just like I remember.One thing to note: I didn’t realize the bag would be so much smaller than a regular PAN arepa flour bag. I’d say it’s less than half the size, so keep that in mind when ordering.A tip that worked great for me: I used 1¼ cups of warm water, ¼ cup of warm milk, 1 cup of the mix, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of oil. I let the batter stand for about 10 minutes before cooking. The eggs made a big difference — without them, the mix didn’t hold together well.Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone craving a true cachapa experience at home!
