I've been using these panty liners for almost 2 years now! I'm very sensitive and I've tried EVERY organic panty liners out there..seriously, All of them that promised they were the best( no) I never heard of this brand livlit. I just searched on Amazon organic panty liners and it came up. I thought ugh they probably wont work but ive tried them all and to my surprise they worked! My only problem is that I have to use 2 of them at a time just because they are short and not as wide. They need to make it longer for us non-petite women! Also some recent packs came cotton layer exposed..like the layers were cut apart but that was 2 packs out of 100 . Other than that, I would recommend this , it's a great buy!

I've tried half a dozen brands of non-toxic, responsibly made panty liners in the last year, and so far, these are the best yet. I struggle with unpredictable urine leaking while sneezing or exercising, hence the need for pantyliners. These adhere well to the cotton panties, absorb enough to be effective til I can get to a place to change into a dry one. I read in some other reviews that they fall apart too easily, and although I've had that occur on rare occasion, it's typically only after I've left the same liner in place for 12 hours or more. When I change them as often as I should, (every 6-8 hours) they remain intact just fine. 2/1/26 Update - Now using these same Livlit panty liners for a few years. I've found that in the cooler months of the year, they don't fall apart at all, unless I leave in place far too long. (12 hrs or more) Fast forward to the hot, sticky summer months when I'm working outdoors in the heat, and sweating up a storm. Constant vigorous movement in a hot sweaty environment.....still they hold up for 3-4 hours. I don't think any liner would hold up better with that type of use. The individually wrapped, folded design, fits super easy and undetectable in my work pants pocket, for a quick & easy changeout after a few hours of active work outdoors in hot humid conditions. In the winter months when I'm not constantly damp with sweat....they reliably last all day (unless I leak & have to change out).

Don’t be deceived by the new packaging! They have replaced their ALL cotton absorbent layer with mostly wood pulp and have not disclosed it on the diagram. Notice now that the absorbent cotton points to a couple puffed out dots near the back of the pad. If you read the fine print ingredients label, it now says wood pulp. They have significantly cheapened the pad with inferior materials but kept the price just as high! So they try to trick you into thinking you are paying for quality organic cotton, but it’s now just an ordinary wood pulp pad it’s a spot of organic cotton!!!

Great product, but adhesive needs to be stronger. Tends to shift.

I did a search for incontinence pads and these pads were in the search results. It is my fault for not reading the reviews but the product description is a little vague. As I only based the purchase on the information at first glance. I would recommend possibly changing some of the verbiage in the product description. I will also say, if you are a active person or doing anything that makes you sweat, these are not meant to hold up to a lot of moisture. I went to a concert, and sweat a lot, the pad was just about separated and destroyed when I changed it. (It wasn’t urine) Also, the wing placement is extremely odd. They don’t stay in place. Maybe it’s the activities I am doing (walking, house chores, playing with kids) that do not agree with this pad. The concept is great for a organic cotton pad.

Great option for monthly or post partum, very long if that’s something you are looking for
