I bought two of these cables, about 6 weeks apart. One of them stopped working within a few weeks of purchase. I contacted customer support via e-mail. They responded promptly. After they verified the purchase, they said they’d send me a new cable, and they did. I was impressed that they ALSO asked for the lot number printed on the cable, so they could do some quality control to make sure they hadn’t produced a bad batch. The new cable works just fine. Cables seem substantial. I do believe their warranty. I would buy another cable from this company, if I need one. Failures in cables occur - the key thing is the support and that failures not occur too often, of course.

Works as intended, feels and looks well made, easy to plug in. I keep it plugged into the tv so I can quickly swap between devices.

Does its job well enough. The length is convenient for connecting my devices without any hassle, and the picture and sound quality are decent. It's sturdy and seems like it will last. Perfect if you just need a basic HDMI connection at a reasonable price.

I purchased this cable on July 23, 2024, it was working great until today 9/27/24 when it suddenly decided to stop working. However after swapping out the cable with a new one I noted the issue was actually due to some issue with Windows. Power cycling and holding the power button for 30 seconds upon booting seemed to resolve the issue.

I needed to add another monitor to my MacMini so used the usbc port to do this. Worked perfectly and very reasonable price.

Used this cable to plug in my galaxy tab s9+ ultra to my sony 4k tv and it worked like a charm. No set up, no download this app or enter this code or sign up for a 30% discount or follow us on dumbstagram or any of that non sense.The only thing was, watching video on the 4k tv, the video seemed sped up. I'm gonna guess it's the refresh rate and the tablet doesn't support 4k. It was giving me a slight headache.But the cable worked flawlessly.
