Quite disappointed when delivered. There was a definite rattle when gently shaken. The Amazon box was undamaged but once opened the presentation box inside appeared to be damaged on one corner (see photo). My opinion is that tea set box was already damaged prior to putting into the Amazon carton. Not impressed.However, in the process of returning it to Amazon and a replacement has already been received. Apart from the upset, my wife and I are pleased with the china tea set.For such a fragile item more packaging is essential.

As a lover of quality cups for quality coffee time/breakfast, I am in love with these. I waited for a few weeks before giving a review to test the durability, and can say my gf and I use them every day and they don't show any signs of tearing or wearing off, they're really nice in hand, not heavy, and everybody compliments us thinking they are luxury cups straight out of a royal family tea party. They are also easy to wash, and keep their shiny gold aspect. The saucers and spoons are lovely too.

I hate drinking decent tea from mugs so these very stylish cups and saucers are ideal. A good size and the handle is none too tight so great for large fingers such as mine. The spoons match the design and complete it. The whole package comes in a quality presentation box which is ideal for a gift.

Bought for a neighbours Golden Wedding anniversary and they loved them!! Christened then with a cuppa on the day now hold pride of place in display cabinet till the next anniversary comes round!

The cup and saucer set arrived on time and the packaging was lovely. The cups are strong enough but also light in weight, on top they look royal. In short the set is delicate yet strong.

I had ordered a 6 cups set with golden border. Surprisingly the spoon set had silver borders on them. Don't want to take the hassle of sending the whole set back. Was wondering if I return the spoons, can they be replaced. I'm giving overall 2 stars because of the spoons. The set actually looks great!

Displayed on website with a nice outer box which would help if gift to someone. To my surprise was just delivered in a cheap polystyrene box. They charged enough to at least provide a nice box with the product. The product itself was as expected.

If I could leave 10 stars I would!!! These are just beautiful, so beautiful in fact that I'm ordering another set. Gorgeous quality and a pleasure to drink from. Just wish I could order matching side plates. No hesitation in recommending this set, simply stunning!!!
