The glasses are pretty and they make me feel fancy when I use them

The color was what I wanted upon arrival but the quality of the goblet is poor. There’s an obvious seam running down the stem which cheapens the look. I ordered them because it said they are dishwasher safe but it turns out (after reading other reviews with the same complaint) that you have to dig to find out that they are,in fact, NOT safe in the dishwasher. I will continue to use the glasses that are still in tact for the kids during the holidays, as they are heavier weight and I won’t be disappointed if one should actually break. But I will never buy colored drink wear from this brand again. I’ll spend the little extra and get the good stuff and STILL maybe have to hand wash them.

I ordered these pretty smoke colored goblets because I don't have any of my mother's crystal unpacked here, and I wanted to have something beautiful for guests. Thankfully, I don't have any guests who will drink 11 ounces of wine at one time, so no worries there. I love the color, texture, and shape of these goblets. These are made in one piece, no gluing, and they would complement just about any of your dinnerware. I'm a klutz, so I'll save these for special occasions, and my dog and I might use these on Thanksgiving. These are hand wash only, but with something this beautiful and sturdy I don't mind that a bit. I always put a dish towel in the bottom of the sink when I wash breakables, and it only takes two or three minutes to wash all four of these goblets. I love the vintage design of these beautiful goblets and plan to use them in two weeks when I'm having a few friends over. These look delicate, but they are actually very sturdy and should hold up well. I'd highly recommend these to anyone who wants a set of gorgeous water or wine glasses that don't break the bank.

So, I got these glasses both because of the goblet style shape of them, and, primarily, the blue color. Now, I've had a set similar to these, in clear, and didn't much care for them. I genuinely like the blue better. Since getting these, I regularly drink out of them. Unfortunately, I didn't know you are NOT supposed to put them in the dishwasher. I went back and looked at the product description, and after heavy review, I DID find in there that these are hand wash only. Now, that being said, it was difficult to locate that information and nothing included in the package indicated these were not dishwasher safe. So...now, I have two blue glasses and two white ones. I have attached photos of the color difference between the two I know have only been hand washed, vs the other two I did put in the dishwasher. Although, they did say these were hand wash only, I'm still docking a star, both because it was hard to locate that information, and, given the cost of these, I'm disappointed they are not actual blue stained glass, rather than painted white glass. I'm still using them, but I have to make sure they are not put in the dishwasher. I would also imagine, if the color comes off so easily in the dishwasher, eventually, hand washing will likely produce the same result and the color will come off the others as well. As mentioned, the main reason I liked this is because they were blue. Now I only have two out of the four that are blue and I'm saving those for special occasions just so I don't diminish the color on those as well.

I adore these beautiful glasses. When I saw them online, something about the glasses said I had to have them. I rationalized that they would make a great gift, but I quickly changed my mind when I received them. I loved the smoky color, the vintage look, and how they felt in my hands. These are okay. They really are not as pretty as I was expecting. When they arrived and I got them out of the box. I noticed there was a dirty feeling to the cups. So, I washed them like I do anything I get new. Anyways, I was hoping that after a good wash they would be prettier. I was hoping they would shine and look better, but they did not. There is nothing special about these wine glasses. My toddler loves them. This is the only cups she wants to drink from now. LOL. To be honest with you all I am a vintage gal. I love antiques and that is why I chose these glasses. I was looking for something that was less modern and more classic looking. However, I do not like these at all. Something about the glass to me looks dull. Nothing spectacular. They are made thick and sturdy. They are exactly like the pictures. They do not have any shine to them tho. They are a little heavy in the hand, which I dont mind bc that just tells me they are durable. I chose these cups and I had no surprises. I was just surprised that I did not like them once I got them bc this is what I picked out and this is what I wanted, but now that they are here I do not like them. I have washed them by hand and in the dishwasher (top rack) and they survived both, multiple times. If you are looking for a more retro style, these would more than likely be perfect for you. Again, they are made thick and sturdy. They are not going to be wine glasses that chip very easily. They will last a long time. As much as I liked these when I ordered them, I am sad I do not like them more in person.. Its unfortunate. These will come down to personal preference of the customers. There will be some of you all that like these and then there are going to be some that see it the way I do. There are limitless choices when it comes to wine glasses and I want something that is different, stylish, durable, sleek, and a statement piece. I want my wine glasses to stand out and shine or not (maybe matte) and these are not what I had in mind. I thought they would be nicer in person. I checked and double checked because I wanted black goblets that were dishwasher safe. These looked good at first, but after one time through the dishwasher the color is coming off. Not sure how long they will hold up even with hand washing if the color is so fragile.
