In less than 24 hrs i received the delivery. Well packed. It was so beautiful without any damage. Looking 4ward to buy another 1 perhaps diff size and color.

Crock-Pot Artisan did make my cooking and cleaning easier even though the vessel is too heavy to handle. But within 3 months of use, it's sad to see that the enamel has chipped in a few places. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend spending so much money on a vessel that couldn't last long enough.

Chegou antes do prazo e veio muito bem embalada, em duas caixas e bem encaixado. Amei a panela, ela é bem pesada e é grande. Achei o preço incrível dada a qualidade do produto, mesmo com as taxas alfandegárias ainda assim saiu muito barato. Muito parecida com a francesa Le Creuset, porém o acabamento interno não é tão perfeito como a LC, entretanto, isso não afeta em nada a qualidade e a beleza do produto! Com certeza comprarei outras peças.
