Easy to follow charging instructions, loading cartridges and operation. Feels solid in my hand. Battery life and charging rate are reasonable.

Carryability: Is very small so if you have pockets this will be perfect for you. Ease of use: Its definitely easy to use especially if you read the little instruction card. Functionality: It definitely works all four functions work, flashlight, alarm, taxer, and stun gun.

I have not had my opportunity to use this as of yet but the quality is pretty good in my opinion. When I do use it I absolutely will update my review and answer the questions that linger in my head about functionality. I am in no profession where this is required for use so there is no telling when that will happen. I purchased for personal protection.

Although I haven't personally used it on anyone yet, testing it: 1. The product seems of very good quality. 2. It fits well and snug in the belt holster. 3. Instructions are short and sweet but in very small lettering. 4. After charging I tested the flashlight and it seemed adequate. The siren was VERY loud. The red lazer light was Very good and surged well out past the targeted area. And the electrical charge was AWESOME and seemed just the sound and site would be threatening enough. I never did shoot the prongs but I'm thinking it WILL be sufficient. All in all, without testing the final stage I give it 2 thumbs up 👍👍

I was very excited to order this and on arrival I charged it as it says to do so. However the charger cable is so loose that it won’t charge. After playing around got it to stay in the lower outlet just to realize the power wasn’t going through or the red charging indicator is broken. It didn’t light up indicating it’s charging or nit. After over night charging I started to carry it. In day two or three as I was entering my vehicle I heard a bang and tons of smoke coming from inside my car. It was the taser gun that had discharged all on its own. It was very scary I was relived to see it had barely missed me. The car was filled with smoke and like gunpowder smell. Very dangerous if they are all like this , but it has not happened again yet. Also the battery indicator does not work , I have a feeling it’s getting no power that’s why because of the charger cables being so loose and cheaply made. Pay attention to your new toy , it’s not a weapons grade quality it can discharge anytime or not discharge when u need it the most because the charger isn’t working !!! That’s an ugly situation and I don’t want to be in it so I’m returning mine.

This is “the Real Deal” in effective non-lethal protection! Don’t waste your hard earned dollars in projectile launchers! This has stealthy AND effective stopping power, easily concealed and is reasonably priced. Well made and refills readily available. You will NOT be disappointed! And btw, I’m a retired LEO and purchased for my wife and two children.

Wow! I would love to sell these things. I believe every woman should own one. I especially like that it can shoot 15 feet. You don’t have to wait for your intruder to be right on top of you. Although, you can also zap him that way.

I bought this to compare to a name brand taser. This device does not feel as well made. I charged it and all the features worked. I tested the cartridges. At ten feet the prongs deployed nicely in the target but the sound of the electric pulses were weak. I tested a cartridge at 3 feet and the wires stay closely coiled and seemed to ark before getting to the prongs. The electric pulses did sound louder. This device appeared to work but it is not something I would rely on in an emergency.
