I ORDERED THIS CUSHION BECAUSE MY MOM FELL, BROKE HER SHOULDER, AND BECAUSE THERE IS NO BEDROOM OR FULL BATH IN THE MAIN FLOOR, SO MY MOM HAS BEEN SLEEPING AND SITTING IN THE RECLINER. I NOTICED THAT SHE WAS DEVELOPING A SMALL WOUND, SO I ORDERED THIS GEL/MEMORY FOAM CUSHION TO HELP HER SKIN AND TO PROVIDE COMFORT. IT SUCCEEDED IN PROVIDING COMFORTS, AND IT WILL TAKE SOME WEIGHT OFF OF THAT AREA SO IT CAN HEAL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WHEN I RECEIVED THE CUSHION BECAUSE IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES. THE SIZE IS PERFECT, AND IT WILL ALLOW FOR USE IN A WHEELCHAIR AND EVERY OTHER CHAIR WHERE YOU PUT IT. IT WAS VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND SEEMS TO BE A QUALITY ITEM. I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THICKER, BUT THICKNESS IS NOT NECESSARY WHEN IT IS DOING ITS JOB. DURABLE WISE, IT IS REALLY PUT TOGETHER NICELY AND I EXPECT IT TO LAST. ADDITIONALLY, IT IS RESISTANT TO SLIDING, WHICH I WAS ANTICIPATING. I WAS PLEASANTLY PROVEN WRONG. IN THE SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME THAT WE HAVE THIS, IT IS BENEFICIAL TO HER SKIN. UPON INSPECTION, THERE ARE NO AREAS THAT APPEAR RED, OR ANY REDNESS OVER BONY PROMINENCES. IT PROVES THAT IT IS FUNCTIONING WELL AND AS ANTICIPATED. I HAVE ALL PROS CONCERNING THIS CUSHION BECAUSE IT LIVES UP TO THE DESCRIPTION. SHOULD I COME UPON A CON, I WILL ABSOLUTELY UPDATE THIS REVIEW. I AM GIVING IT AN A++

I really love this cushion. It is a little bit firm which I need the support for my back. It's effective. Works well and very comfortable. Not soft and squishy which I can't have. Must be a little firm and this is perfect.

Fits good in 18 inch wheelchair and is comfortable, durable and slip resistant.

I purchased this for my father who had the beginnings of a pressure ulcer on his coccyx. The gel foam conforms to your shape. It’s comfortable and did help to relieve pressure to my father’s coccyx. It is slip resistant so it won’t slide off when trying to sit. It’s made with good quality materials and has kept its shape. It’s ready to use from the box. It is a little bulky. So I’d pay attention to measurements if you’re a small person bc it will elevate the seat quite a bit making it difficult to sit in the chair all the way back. Overall it’s a good product and provides what is advertised. Just keep in mind it is thick and a little bulky.

I am up in age and cancer has taken its toll on my body, with my losing so much weight that I no longer have padding where it is most needed and my tailbone was a place of great pain. Just sitting in my big easy chair is a lesson in pain.. So other than lying in bed, my big easy chair was the only answer, but it too gave me pain !.. I searched around for a Pillow to ease my pain.. Then I happened on the idea of the pillows that people take to ball games to ease the pain of the bleachers. Looking on Amazon I came across your product and thought I'd try it. When it arrived only a couple of days later, my thought was. NO there can not be the large pillow I envisioned in that tight "tube" ! What a surprise, the soft yet firm pillow was rolled up so tightly that I was pleasantly surprised..... It may not be the only answer, but WOW, I can once again sit in my easy chair and enjoy it like an OLD man should. THANKS FOR GIVING ME RELEAF.

Purchased for my mother’s transfer chair. FIts the chair nicely, stays in place, and nice thick seat. Helps to keep my mom comfortable and functions as expected.

fazit FINGER WEG: FEHLINFORMATION HAT KEINEN STEIßBEINAUSSCHNITT!!! (also Fehlinformation!) hat nicht viel mit den fotos hier gemeinsam bis auf die form. (also Fehlinformation!) Gel Kissen? das material ist NICHT das selbe wie hier abgebildet. das ist KEIN GEL, NUR SCHAUMSTOFF (beide schichten). (also Fehlinformation!) ich hatte das kissen erst in den letzten 3 wochen in täglicher verwendung, davor immer nur sehr kurz (so 1-2 stunden). es ist einfach nur schlecht! es ist zwar etwas hart, aber immer noch so weich, das man bis zum steißbein einsinkt und dieses nach wenigen stunden weh tut. bei 1-2 stunden geht es noch aber sitzt man 5h+++ sieht das ganz anders aus. normalerweise würde ich an dieser stelle mein geld zurück verlangen, aber ich hatte nicht einmal lust das teil zur post zu tragen und habe es dann einfach zerschnitten und als waschmaschinen-dämpfer zweckentfemdet.

The couchion is quite hard if Yuu are looking at something that is a little softeri wouldn't recommend this. It fits stay in place but like I said it's hard.

Llegó bien empacado y es tal cual la foto en cuanto a altura y proporciones, se ve acabado de calidad. Es para silla de ruedas y el usuario me comentó que se siente bastante confortable.
