I usually buy Magnesio Supremo, the flavour-less one, and it works well for me.It's expensive but I didn't find something better yet.This lemon version is almost unbearable for me... its' sweetish ... bleahh!

If there is a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce to half a sachet a day and one evening intake. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with the meal and reduce the amount.
