I bought these to use for my house plants. I love that I can set a humidity percentage through the app and the humidifier will maintain that humidity level. If the humidifier runs out of water it automatically shuts off and sends you a notification through the app. This unit is silent as far as I am concerned, the mist is very fine and is working well for my plants. I like that the unobtrusive lights in it (which can be turned off) let's me know if my current humidity near the humidifier is in its target range (green) or if it's dry (below target humidity, yellow/orange) or wet (above target humidity, blue). You can use the app to turn the device on/off and to adjust the humidity, this is also where you control whether the humidity indicator light is on or off. I recommend it highly, I am considering getting the size up to be able to cover more of my room space. This unit holds a full gallon of distilled water when filled from totally empty, if filling from auto-shutoff it will take slightly less than a gallon. They manufacturer recommends using distilled water to avoid lime scale as do I. We have very hard well water and uso g distilled has saved us from having to descale.

I know I shouldn't get this excited over a humidifier, but this thing is amazing!! It's so easy to set up and sync with my phone and Alexa. The top fill option is great and for something that looks so compact it holds a lot more water than you'd think. And the best part for me is the way you can set it to EXACTLY the level of humidity you want in your room/home and walk away. It tracks the humidity in your air and shuts itself off when it reaches the level you want, so a single fill can last for days. Then starts back up again when it drops below optimal. And of course it shuts off and notifies you when it has run dry. It even tells you when it's time to switch out the filter. You can control of this from anywhere with your phone or by voice using Alexa. I will recommend this to everyone.

Needed a humidifier for my plants. I own Dreo smart ceiling fan and tower fans. Love their products and support. This humidifier is perfect. Top fill. Didn't realize how nice this feature would be because my old one had to be flipped upside down and carried back full of water. This top lid comes off and easily is filled with pitcher. Everything disassembles for easy clean. The humidistat works well and is usually accurate within +-5%. The auto feature is perfect. Keeps me from getting too dry or running too long and wasting water. Holds one gallon but due to auto feature it lasts for days. I tend to use only distilled water in my unit but this one does have some sort of filter for hard water. Very nice. Smart feature work perfectly. I already had the app and this auto connected with zero issues. Very easy to set up and adjust. Very customizable. Get this unit. You won't regret it.

I have an extremely large room, so it struggles a little bit to keep the humidity at a certain level, but outside of that, this thing runs so quiet, and is absolutely amazing! You can set schedules or saturation points, and it works with Google home voice commands. It's a great addition for Michigan winter times. It's a super easy setup and I was extremely surprised on how well the mobile app is to set up and how refined the graphical interface is.

A good choice. It works well and has a good sized water reservoir. Only uses about half the water overnight. Has 3 mist settings. Very quiet. You can turn off the nightlight. You can direct mist away from the wall but the amount you can change the direction is fairly limited. Seems sturdy and a good value for the price.

After using inexpensive humidifiers, I am very impressed with the Dreo. The mist is fine and steady and doesn't create puddles from too large droplets. It is very quiet which is very important. It sits right beside the bed where my husband sleeps and keeps his breathing easy. There is no moisture on the bedding and he no longer coughs from dry air. He was coughing 4-5 hours a night. I like the ability to adjust the amount of mist and strength. The light is a nice feature when convinced family to buy this brand. I absolutely love this! It’s the perfect size and the quality is great! There really isn’t any noise to complain about. It has helped make the air less dry in our home.
