2. I absolutely love this set! These polishes are easy to apply, cure quickly, and the colors are even more beautiful in person. The blue, green, and pearlescent swirl effect is stunning and has a depth that photos don’t fully capture. I’ve been doing my own gel nails for about 5 years and have tried a LOT of products across all price points. In my experience, higher cost does not always equal higher quality, and affordable doesn’t automatically mean low quality either. I’ve generally moved away from beginner sets in favor of higher-end products, but I decided to give this set a try and I’m so glad I did. These are excellent pearlescent gels. One important note: they are thicker and more “gloopy” than standard gel polishes. This is not a defect or a sign that the polish is old, so don’t be frustrated or disappointed. It’s simply the nature of this type of formula. I noticed some reviews complaining about the thickness, but honestly, that usually comes down to application technique. You need to float the gel on, remove excess from the brush, and build up thin, even layers gradually to avoid flooding the cuticles. My application process: • Nail dehydrator • Base coat • Two thin coats of Beetles gel • Clear top coat I haven’t mastered the magnetic effect yet, but even without using the magnet, these polishes look absolutely gorgeous. The bottles do get sticky on the outside, but that’s a minor inconvenience and wouldn’t stop me from repurchasing. Overall, this set exceeded my expectations. I’m so impressed that I’m already planning to look for more opaque and translucent colors. Beetles really delivered with this one! 💙✨

Immediately love! The colors are beautiful after the first coat and gorgeous after the second! Pictures don’t do it justice. These were taken pre topcoat. This is second set of Beetles gel sets that I’ve purchased and this brand has become a favorite. The product quality is great and holds up well usually lasting a week before a chip or peel happens. I’ll be buying more!

I bought this set - beetles Gel Polish Neon Carnival 6 Colors Reflective Glitter Gel Nail Polish - for my little nieces for Christmas, and the colors looked so good in person I then bought a set for myself. They are so vibrant and super glittery. Excellent value for the money.

These are great gel polishes for the price. I recently started doing my own toes, and I am definitely not a professional, but I’ve done them twice now and they looked great both times. The colors are truly sparkly; most of them are bright and vibrant. The blue is too dark for this set in my opinion, and the purple is just okay. Neither is bright enough for my liking. The polish is thick, which makes it a little difficult to put on the smaller toenails, but I just have to be careful not to load too much on the brush. The first time I did them, it lasted a month before the edges got rough from growing out and I couldn’t stand it anymore—I had to peel it!! Overall, I’ll stick with this brand due to the price and the performance of the product. I can’t wait to try more colors!

I can’t get enough of Beetles Gel Polish. The consistency and quality is always 10/10. I purchased these colors and was not disappointed. I get many compliments on my nails when I use these. It’s the perfect whimsy colors.

I just started doing my own nails at home to save money at the salon. I found this set on sale and thought I would give it a try. I absolutely love it!!! Glides on smooth, good color, polish lasts 2 weeks no issues! I have sense bought at least 5 more Beetles sets of polish as well as the top and base coats. It is my new fav brand!

this product is exactly as promised/described. The colors are rich, vivid, and opaque; and the amber color is clear, but it offers great coverage. After curing i was pleased that no colors were streaky- and no sticky residue remained, they were wireless gel colors. I have already created swatches of each color and was able to replicate the tortoiseshell look, as well as a rose quartz nail design (I used a translucent/jelly polish for the pink color but the shit was included with this set). I would definitely buy again! I would say only critique would be that there were no information included on how to use the blooming gel, however I was able to find the instruction on this Amazon listing- as well as about a million youtube videos lol. I can’t wait to try the seemingly endless nail designs using the blooming gel. As I have just applied the color fewer than 24hours ago, I haven’t tried to remove it so I can’t say for certain how easy/difficult it will be. Though after a quick file to remove the top/shiny layer, soaking in a mixture of warm water, acetone, & coconut oil has ALWAYS worked for me, the polish dissolves right off and the full cover nail tips pop off- absolutely zero damage to my natural nail. This method is all I’ll ever use bc it’s so much less stressful to my nail beds than scraping and peeling after foil wraps. I should also mention that I applied 2 coats of color over Beetles base gel, and finished with a coat of Beetles no-wipe topcoat and even though I was kind of rushed & messy, AND then last minute decided to change the shape from long almonds to fairly short squares (bc I’m indecisive af when doing my nails 😅)- I was able to chop the tips off without any cracking or chipping of any layer of polish, and file the sharp edges smooth. I simply added a new clear coat to seal the newly filed edge. I’ve never done that before and I am really surprised at how well the polish held up- it looks like I painted my nails after shaping them - you know, like a sane person would do. I’m so pleased that I’m going to go find more opaque & translucent colors- Beetles really is the best!

The colors are pretty and festive, but the wear time was disappointing for me. Even with proper prep and curing, the polish started feeling like it was lifting in one piece and didn’t last more than about 2-3 days as a busy mom. Application was fine and the consistency was okay, but longevity wasn’t great. It might work better for short-term wear, but I wouldn’t rely on it for durability. The bottle size is enough for multiple wears. In the picture, my daughter did my nails for practice so it is good for preteens too. Good price point for what it is.
