Ordered these to replace the ones my son lost. Strong enough to work for childproof locks.

The original kit only comes with two of these magnet keys, so once I lost one I was very upset. I was very pleased to find that you could buy more so easily. Would like the magnets to be stronger but they definitely do the job

I have the envoe brand locks. This magnet doesn’t work with them. I know in the description mentions thickness but it has nothing to do with it. The magnets aren’t strong enough. Will be returning

These are strong enough magnets to open the child locks on our cabinets, which is exactly what they are needed for. I like the holders that come with them so that they don’t get lost as easily.

It was delivered fast and it locks out the cupboard that its installed on.

Double sided tape could be stronger

They can be tricky to install on kitchen cabinets and drawers and I would wish the magnet was a bit stronger but the locks stick really well. Only one fell off but it came with small screws that secured it very well. The magnets stick to our range hood and the fridge so our granddaughter can’t reach them. What I really appreciate is that when she is not here we can unlock all the locks and open and shut our cabinets easily. They can be a little annoying if the lock is placed near trim on the door but they work really well on most doors especially flat doors/drawers. I don’t mind a little trickiness if it keeps her away from sharp objects, cleaning chemicals etc. I recommend placing them near the handle then one can unlock and open the door with one hand.
