If you’re looking to get into playing pokemon TCG this is a great set. If you’re looking to collect many different types of Pokémon and want your moneys worth (since this contains duplicates for the game playing purposes), I suggest the pokemon obsidian flames booster packs of 11 cards each. I love this set though because I purchased it to play the game. This came with 4 booster packs included plus the deck of 40 cards (decks typically are 60 cards but this one has different rules where you only get 4 prize cards and can have as many copies of a Pokémon as you please so it’s not like standard. You are more than welcome to modify your deck though to include 60 cards.) Overall, I have 0 complaints since I bought this to have a base deck to get into playing the game with my coworkers at lunch. Also as a bonus, the deck box fits into the big obsidian flames trainer deck box and I believe you can fit about 4-5 in there. Great set for value for players!
