Everything came as advertised
I was skeptical about buying this after reading reviews, but it arrived exactly as advertised. Many people said the pipe was missing and the hat was poor quality, however mine is great. Pipe came with the hat. The hat is really nice in that it's adjustable, as opposed to Halloween stores' versions that are one size only (usually too small for an adult head). Highly recommend this product!

Best hat for the price!
Great costume hat for my boyfriend, looks stylish you wouldn’t know it was under $10 and comes with the pipe too- what a great deal!

Cheaply made, and may not arrive in
The hat is very cheaply made, which I expected due to the price. That said, It worked fine for a party costume that I would only wear once. However, the biggest disappointment was that the pipe was not included as advertised. I purchased the two items as a set for a reason, and was very confused when it was missing. Shipping was a disaster, and as a result, Amazon Customer Service would not replace/ partially refund me for the items. Overall, I am disappointed, but you get what you pay for.
