Great scooter with some acceleration bugs
Love it! I have a cheap GoTrax for quick runs or riding in sketchy areas. I save the Segway for long rides or round trips. So far it’s been a dream! App is very useful and gives an estimate of remaining ride time and miles left on charge. Lots of great settings in the app. Recover some charge during braking, eco vs sport/drive mode for longer rides vs faster acceleration. I get about 25 miles a charge even when I was pushing 225 pounds. Only complaint is the speed dial gets stuck on sometimes. So I end up accelerating longer than wanted. I prefer to let my scooter decelerate over time instead of braking. So this is a safety hazard! But not severe enough to try and get a repair. Also it tends to stay accelerated even if I pump the speed or brakes sometimes so it ends up bucking forward without me. One other complaint: it refuses to go if tilted at too steep of an angle. My GoTrax will give it a fair go but the Segway shuts off even if I push assist with a foot. So be prepared to walk it up hills.

Just buy from big named brands please
You honestly just need to buy from big name brands like Segway. Their products are great especially the F2 scooter. The weight isn’t too bad and the size isn’t bad either you can fit it in your trunk or in your garage. The battery life is great I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and haven’t needed to charge it yet AND you can pick on the app what the max charge should be so you can make the battery health last longer. The functionality is great I love the safety features such as the app, the turn signals, the brake and front lights are bright and light up the way a good amount. I also love that the motor starts when you kickstart the scooter (you have to have the scooter in motion to use the motor which is a great safety feature). The value for money is also great, yeah it’s a bit expensive but you’re getting a quality scooter.

Perfect upgrade - I feel like a bird in flight
This was my upgrade to F25 after considerable research. I'm so happy with this new scooter. I'm a 205lb mildly overweight but muscular man and this carries me EASILY up decent hills in sport mode with a smooth and pleasant ride. The handlebars are wider, battery life is SIGNIFICANTLY improved, and it has enhanced safety features like wider handlebars. Easy to assemble. Better range too. No need to spend more than this. It's a delight to ride and has greatly improved my day to day scooting experience!

Fun scooter as long as it works… maintenance nightmare
I got this for commuting ~3 miles to work. It’s super fun. Most of that distance is paved trail, no cars to worry about. In sport mode I get there in under 15 minutes. After the 6 mile round trip at max speed with a ~210 pound payload, and one minor hill, the battery is at ~65%. The front suspension and cruise control are nice features (on the F2 Pro). However…. After five rides, it started making a horrific metallic rattling noise in the front wheel. It sounded like a bolt was loose and the wheel was about to fall off, but you can’t even SEE the bolts holding the wheel. And you can’t even see the screws holding the cover over the bolts: there’s a snap-on cover over those, too. And you basically have to break it to get it off. Seriously. I watched the video in the app, and you have to gouge an ugly hole in the top of the panel to pry it out, then take out four screws per side, just to SEE the nut holding the wheel on. Then I went to take the wheel off like they showed in the video, and it absolutely would not come off. I’m not a novice at such things, I’ve done my own cycle repairs for years. The brake caliper catches the rim, and there’s just not enough play to squeak it by. They don’t mention this in their video, but when they show putting the wheel back on, the brake caliper is removed. So after pulling the brake off, the wheel came off, I cleaned and tightened everything, but never did figure out what the rattle was. Put it all back together, readjusted the brake, and no rattle. Weird. TLDR version: it’s stout, fast, and full of nice features. Just pray you never have to take it apart. UPDATE: after six months, the rear tire went flat. No visible damage, but it won’t hold air for an hour. Segway’s in-app store is the worst piece of coding I’ve ever seen, and even if I could order a replacement tire, there’s no support for how to take the blasted wheel off the frame to get to the tire. And there are only two actual service centers in the entire country. TWO. So these scooters are essentially extremely expensive disposables. Buyer beware.

Nice scooter
Bought this bike for my brother for work and it is great. Very lightweight and easy to carry around. Simple to put together. Rides smooth with different a wide range of speed. Long lasting battery life, and easily folded.

added the lock and the phone stand to complete it! the ride is smooth and the batterylife is good, the handles can scratch easily so be careful, other than that pretty strong !

El producto no cumplió con su función de banco de energía. Me sale mas caro el uber para ir a depositar al centro de devolución

Overall amazing: Pros: - Can compact the scooter down to be able to carry on transit or in the back of a car. - Range is good, I did something like 30-36KM on the highest speed setting, with lights on around Toronto to get back home before the subway opened up and had around 10-15% left. - Bell included (also has a horn but I haven’t used it) - Running, break and turn lights included. Great visibility with the front headlight. - Has some built in security features like setting a passcode to power on the device and allows to connect to Apple tracking. Cons (not deal breakers): - Headlight is a bit too bright, would’ve been nice to have a high and low setting, although probably better to be visible to other road users. - Can be a bit too heavy to lug around, not really much that can be changed though. - If you’re not a huge fan of connecting to apps to register the product this might not be for you although I get why they did this to try and reduce theft resells by registering it to an account. Also, if you do get this for the love of god don’t go on busy roads and TO FOLLOW traffic laws. This thing can go pretty fast and I can see a lot of people getting carried away thinking they are a nimble car that doesn’t have to obey stop signs and lights. I’ve seen people drive in cars blindspots to get around and other dangerous maneuvers. This is an extremely affordable alternative to a car where insurance can be 600+ a month for new drivers (thanks Toronto for that) to get around the city. Don’t be a knob and ruin it.
